Если в течение тридцати дней после даты подписания Контракта или ориентировочной даты поставки (в зависимости от того, какая дата является поздней) недоставка Товаров произошла не по вине Компании, размер скидки на подержанный [автомобиль] уменьшается на [2 ½ ] за каждый закончившийся период из тридцати дней с даты истечения первых упомянутых тридцати дней до даты доставки Товаров Покупателю. — If the Goods through no default of the Company are not delivered to the Customer within thirty days after the date of the Contract or the estimated date of delivery (whichever is the later) the allowance on the used [vehicle] shall be subject to a reduction by [2 ½ ] for each completed period of thirty days from the date of expiry of the first mentioned thirty days to the date of delivery to the Customer of the Goods.
